Who We Are
Our Counselling Practice
My experience enables me to offer effective individualised care and understanding. I provide a safe, non-judgmental environment to individuals, families, couples, youth and children.
I have worked with a diverse range of individuals from many different backgrounds.
My practice is located in the beautiful rural town of Inverell, NSW with easy off street parking.
Treatment Focus
My focus is to help individuals understand their current situation, become empowered and move forward into a healthier and emotionally stronger life.
We will spend time focusing on the ‘why’ and ‘how’ you, as the client, are at this point in your life. If you have a better understanding of this, then you can move forward to make a positive change to your mental well being.
This will be achievable by providing a safe space, listening to your concerns with no judgement, customising a treatment plan and teaching you new strategies for life
My Message To You
My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
I understand that talking about your struggles is incredibly overwhelming and I appreciate any client that choses to speak with me and puts their trust in me to help guide them through this journey.
Our Therapy
Depression & Anxiety
Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counselling and treatment, you are able to recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
Trauma & PTSD
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. I can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
Relationships
Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with both couples and is a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship.
Schema Therapy
A schema is negative belief about yourself, the world and how you fit into the world. We develop schemas through modelled behaviour from our care givers (from the moment we are born) and traumatic situations that we have experienced through our life. We then live our lives, making decisions and choosing certain behaviors and reactions because of our own personal schemas.

Rachel Rose
I live on a rural property and am a rural Woman at heart. I have lived experience of drought and bushfires and the pressures of farming.
I pride myself on being an easy person to talk to.
