My experience enables me to offer effective individualised care. I treat a number of mental health disorders, and provide a neutral ground and safe environment to individuals, families, couples, youth and children.
My focus is to help individuals heal, energise, and become aware of their inner strengths. We will spend time focusing on the ‘why’ and ‘how’ you, as the client, are at this point in your life. If you have a better understanding of this, then you can move forward to make a positive change to your mental well being. This will be achievable by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customising a treatment plan.

Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counselling and treatment, you are able to recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. I can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with both couples and is a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship.
